JV1 Opens Illinois West Season with a Strong Performance Against DuPage Stars
Woodridge, IL - The JV1 team kicked off their Illinois West season with a commanding 7-0 victory over the DuPage Stars at Woodridge, IL tonight. The game was marked by a series of impressive individual and team performances.
In the first period, the scoring began with Carter Prochaska, who found the back of the net with an assist from Joe Smuskiewicz. Shortly after, Jason Sciacca scored, thanks to a pass from Grant Briscoe.
The second period saw the team continue their offensive onslaught, adding three more goals. Grant Briscoe scored with an assist from Joe Smuskiewicz, followed by Carter Prochaska's unassisted goal. Anthony Skopick also contributed, netting a goal with assists from Jack Antonsen and Gavin Vasquez.
